I began my automotive career in 1988 as a Service Advisor for Scott Robinson Honda in Torrance, California. Because of the dealership’s close proximity to Honda’s North American headquarters, I also had the opportunity to build working relationships with several American Honda executives and zone managers. As a result, I played an active role in the design, implementation, and operation of American Honda’s first “satellite” service center, also located in Torrance.

In 1993, I moved to Phoenix, AZ., where I began work as Assistant Service Manager with a brand new Honda dealership. Because of my experience with the satellite center in California, I was able to assist with the set-up and marketing of this new dealership as well.

In 1998, I left the automotive world to “seek a new direction” in life. After 3 successful years in other areas of sales and customer service, I came back to the automotive industry, this time on the corporate/training side to develop my skills in facilitation, training, and instructional design. Now I bring his 28+ years’ worth of industry knowledge, skill, and expertise to provide the highest level of professional facilitation and instructional design consultation to automotive vendors and manufacturers, as well as other service-related companies and industries around the world.
